OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF OUR HORSES:
Reserve deposit:
If you like a horse and wish to reserve it, a £500 cash deposit is required. This is refundable only if the horse fails a veterinary inspection. A deposit is valid for two weeks only. After a successful vetting purchasers have 7 days in which to collect their new horses, after which time full livery charges will be incurred.
Returns:
We offer a seven day money back guarantee, unfortunately due to so many time wasters, we have now had to impose a 10% returns fee which would be deducted from the sales price if the horse/pony is returned. The Horse must be returned in the same
condition it left the yard to receive your money back. We reserve the right to have our vet inspect the horse on its return to ensure this.
Withstanding all this our aim is to match horse and rider together and we hope for a happy partnership for many years to come!
Before collecting your horse we will email a copy of all of their notes including; where they currently are at in their education, how much work they are in, their routine, feed, when they were last shod, wormed ect to give you the best possible start with your horse.
